I went up for a short hike at Mt Charleston which is about 45 min drive from Las Vegas. It is always great to get out into the fresh air and nature. It really is a great source of artistic inspiration.

I stopped by some art galleries while visiting Sedona, AZ. Here is a quick look around one of them. Lots of paintings, photos and sculptures.

I had the pleasure of meeting an artist named Mandy Joy at her gallery Obsidian Fine Art inside the Arts Factory in Las Vegas, NV. She is creating some really amazing and meaningful art. In the interview we cover how she got into art, her current projects and future plans.

I just took a trip down to Sedona, AZ to run a marathon. The weather was amazing and the natural beauty here is abundant. My weekend in Arizona was very inspiring and the energy acquired on this trip will no doubt show up in my paintings.

Welcome to the new year! This year I plan to try out some new mediums besides just acrylic paint. I am excited for what the future holds. I would like to update this blog at least 3 times a month with my art thoughts and ramblings. I will also be working on some new video content.
